I watched most of it. Meh. Some of the contestants were ok, and clearly the first few were nervous. What was the point of that silly game they played?
Last two guys were the smoothest, I suppose I would’ve liked the young lady but she was a little too bouncy.
What’s worse though - I say to myself “hey, I watched it, might as well vote”. And ESPN’s freaking server is full. My god, you’re gonna put up an online vote, at least be prepared.
I think that may have had a lot to do with the guy “America Voted off.” He clearly wasn’t the worst of the bunch, but he went early. It seems like a real disadvantage to go early because you have the entire length of the show to rack up votes, which is bad. The server crashed & people who went later didn’t get a chance to get those votes.
I thought the show could have been better, but it was interesting to watch the contestants work. Most of the scripts were just too wordy, but I guess they are desperately trying to show how clever they can be. For my money, I liked Aaron the best.
