Heya, I’ve got a problem. I just bought a brand new copy of StarShip Troopers 3: Marauder from Target, and the stupid thing won’t work. I put the disc in my computer, and nothing plays, no autoplay menus pop up, nothing. I try browsing through the directories to click on the file for the digital version of the movie (the one they advertise as being especially for playback on your computer or PSP/PS3), but nothing happens. I load it up in Media Player Classic, and it gets a few seconds in before it freezes up. Interactual DVD doesn’t even get that far, and fails to notice any DVD-ROM features whatsoever. At some point, it actually freezes my system up while I try to play it.
Has anyone else had problems like these with Sony DVDs or DVDs in general? Any idea on what I can do to fix it? I sincerely want to watch this movie, and even paid money for the privilege not to be able to do so.
