Anybody remember playing Machinarium?

What a great game - https://youtu.be/k0H1C8mD5o0?t=12

I played it. It was pretty good.

Did you ever try Botanicula? Same company.

I remember the OG game, Samorost. It’s free, the sequel has the first part playable.

I haven’t got a link like everyone else, but I really enjoyed Machinarium, just a chill little robot puzzle game.

I played it a long time ago. I just found “Tiny Bang Story” which I think has a lot of the same charm. It’s a hidden object game with some genuine puzzles embedded in it. Fun, pretty short game.

For those who love this sort of game, I can’t recommend Gorogoa highly enough. Incredibly clever, with the same feeling of having every tiny aspect hand-carved and polished until you can see yourself in it.

Yeah I had that game on my iPhone. It didn’t take long to finish it, which was somewhat disappointing, but the game was simplistically beautiful and imaginative and had a weird, amazing story built in that made it feel like a dream. It’s halfway between a game and art.

Just finished Gorogoa from the recommendation above. Pretty fantastic.
My favorite of this type is still The Room: Old Sins.
Fourth in The Room series but my favorite by far and you really don’t need to play any of the others first.
Intricate puzzle pieces scattered through various rooms in a dollhouse like setting.

Play The Witness.

My wife and I completed all of it with no guide. It is probably my finest gaming achievement. My wife was making physical models some of the time.

Requires an attention span but rewards it as well in a way no other game has.

Note: Have played all the Room games and can also recommend.
