This was a TV show produced by the US Army! It aired on TV at very odd times-I remember it coming on at 5:30 Saturday mornings! I have very dim memories about it-it seemed that the shows concerned Army life and training…anyway, have any videotapes of this survived? Anybody know whay the Army chose to air this curious show, particularly when 99.9% of the viewing public was asleep?
Promotion. I remember it, too, back in the early 60s. But the army gave away the shows to stations for free, and probably used films they were making for their recruiters, anyway.
