Back in the early 90s- probably 90 or 91- there was a commercial that played quite often, and that I found quite memorable, even though I now have no idea who or what it was for.
It starts with a girl standing on a beach. She looks into the camera, and solemnly says in an English accent “Information can be digitized. Digital information can be transmitted. From here” and the camera turns, pointing to another part of the beach where the girl is already standing. “to there. And when all of the information available here is available there” the camera shifts again, and again she’s already there “there’s no difference between here are there any more, is there?”
Quite prescient really. Anyone remember it, or what it was for?
