And I always get David Kieth confused with Robert Wuhl and Tim Robbins, who all bear a passing resemblance to each other.

Dennis Hopper and Anthony Hopkins
As DiCaprio is getting older and pudgier and is photographed sometimes scruffier, I’m starting to get him mixed up with this guy when I’m flipping channels. DiCaprio was on the cover of some Reader’s Digest in a doctor’s office and I thought it was the Grey’s Anatomy guy.
To this day I confuse Billy Joel with Billy Idol.

I don’t have trouble with DeNiro, but I’m always getting Al Pacino confused with Dustin Hoffman.
And then there’s John Roberts the CNN anchor and John Roberts the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court.
Clive Owen and Colin Firth.
Why, I have no idea. They’re utterly different. I also mix them up with that… Irish guy? Oh yeah, Colin Farrell.
I guess two of them are Colins, their first names all start with C, they’re all… er, from Britain or Ireland…

I also mix up Anthony Hopkins and Dennis Hopper. And Gary Oldman and Ben Kingsley. I’m really not good with putting names to faces, it seems.
I’m constantly confusing Colin Farrell with Will Ferrell.
Which is always confusing, since they’re so very different, the image of Ferrell in any of Farrell’s roles is enough to break a brain, and vice versa.
That was gonna be my answer too.
I’ll add Helen Hunt and Holly Hunter.
That recasting would be a lot odder than me getting Will Ferrell and Adam Sandler mixed up. If you showed me a picture of the two of them I wouldn’t be able to say which was which even though I’m fairly sure I’ve seen films they were in.
I used to get Gary Oldman mixed up with Gary Coleman. I know, I know, but their names do sound somewhat similar. Anyway I remember watching the trailer for some badass action movie in the 90s, seeing Gary Oldman’s name in the credits and thinking, “The kid from Diff’rent Strokes is going to be in this? WTF?”
I don’t get them confused, but I can never remember Clive Owen’s name because I keep thing it’s Colin something. I know it’s not Colin Farrell, and not Colin Firth, and I’ll be sitting there thinking “Colin… Colin… Colin…” hoping that the last name will suddenly pop into my head. And then all of a sudden :smack: it’s not Colin it’s Clive! Clive Owen!
And then the next time I try to remember his name the same damn thing happens again.
Not “celebrities” really, but actors nonetheless. Ron Rifkin and Bob Balaban. I’m not entirely sure why, but I thought they were the same person for a while.
Jeff Daniels and Jeff Bridges. I can never remember which was in Dumb and Dumber.
Bill Pullman and Bill Paxton used to confuse me, but I’ve now seen enough Pullman to know the difference.
Olivia Munn and Olivia Wilde.
