In this thread, I spoke about the problems I’m having with this company. Problems are an understatement, and with my server being down for nearly a week now, and all forms of contact to the company suddenly an exercise in futility, I’m wondering WTF is going on. I’m beginning to believe more and more than FeaturePrice has gone to dotcom heaven (or hell). Today the live sales chat (not that that’s any use to me) went kerput, although the main site remains up, with no “Hey, we’re dead in the water” alerts or messages on the site.
Anyone else use their servers? Having the same problems? Work for them? (Or formerly worked for them…) Any ideas on how to check through other channels to see if they’re even a functioning company anymore?
