I love White Castle.
I grew up within walking distance (just a few blocks) of a White Castle in New York City, and developed the habit early. I don’t live in that neighborhood anymore, and there isn’t a White Castle within miles of me now (even though I still live in NYC) but every now and then I just have to get in the car and get some.
It saddens me that neither Crystal nor White Castle are as good as Crystal Castles.
We used to have another place that was just like WhitCastles and was called Foster’s.
I made the Slider stuffing along side my usual stuffing a few years ago. It was surprisingly mild. My dinner guests couldn’t guess what the mystery ingredient was until I gave them a hint.
