Ok time warner is being bought by charter and its going to be called “new charter”
My question are the prices and online service any better or is it "meet new boss … same as old boss "

Charter stick in my mind as the worst Ive ever had, but only by a small margin. They are all so bad, you will grow to hate them with a special passion.
I cancelled my cable 18 months ago, and saved the price of the ticket for the round the world flight I have booked for this summer
I have Internet-only Charter and I have no complaints. I pay the bill, they move packets to and from my apartment. It’s a simple setup, but it works, and I can do things like ssh into my laptop from my tablet, so they’re not blocking any vital ports or anything.
Yes, they want me to upgrade to a triple-play. When I become a Historical Reenactor trying to recreate the 1990s, I’ll consider it; until then, I have a Roku and broadcast DTV and a cell phone. So far, they haven’t tried to force the issue.
