Anyone know about Macro stuff for Outlook 2007?

So, I’m a recruitment consultant, and get many many applications for jobs via email each day - so many that I can’t respond to them all individually (200+). But one of the biggest complaints that candidates can have about recruiters is that they don’t even get a polite rejection from unsuccessful applications, they just here nothing.

So, I want to write a macro which will reply to an email and issue a default rejection - not ideal from the candidate perspective, but infinitely better than nothing. I’d like just to click a button, insert some text automatically, and then send the email the text would be on the lines of 'Dear Sir or Madam, many thanks for your application. After careful consideration, I regret to advise that you have not been successul on this occasion. I wish you the best of luck with your job search nonetheless.

Can anyone point me in the right direction as to how I can do this? I am reasonably computer literate, don’t know much about writing macros though.
