Anyone know of a "corny" variety of fresh corn (vs. "sweet" - ugh)

title pretty much sums it up. I like fresh corn - but I’d like it WAY better if it didn’t taste so damn sweet. I eat fruit, candy and cake for sweet, not corn.

I’d like a fresh corn that tastes like the corn used in corn chips or tortillas. Any heirloom varieties like that?

That would be standard field corn or if you like try indian corn.
