Anyone know the poem in the movie "In Her Shoes"?

Hoping someone can help me!

At the end of the movie, “In Her Shoes,” Cameron Diaz’s character reads a beautiful poem to Toni Collette’s character at her wedding. It’s a beautiful poem and contains the line, “I hold your heart” or something along those lines.

Anyone know who wrote the poem and where I can get a copy of it?

It’s E.E. Cummings’ “i carry your heart with me(i carry it in” – those Cummings titles are a bit wacky as he often doesn’t title them, so they just use the first line. I have it in a complete works of Cummings, but it’s in his volume 95 Poems. Here’s a link to it. I know it was set to music by Michael Hedges. It’s a favorite of mine too, and it was abridged a bit in the movie.

Thanks so much for this.
