Actually, I’m not quite sure that I want to know! I had this at the Taste of DC today, though. I asked what yaki was, and the server was quick to reply “chicken,” which brought a small “uh oh” to my mind, but I went ahead and ate it anyway.
It definitely wasn’t chicken, but I’m not sure what it was. It was very good; quite spicy, jerk-wise. LOL Please, was this goat?! LOL If it was something else, I might not want to know!!!
