I feel guilty every time I take a mission to stomp on those poor downtrodden miners. I don’t think I’m a very effective bad guy.
Not to mention my stalker, the Kidney Thief. I also play a necro/dark mastermind named Cole Bas.
A little more detail on the way the group is set up–there are two ranks that are identical in everything but name. Urban Legend-themed characters get the Urban Legend rank (so they can have the title), and others get the Mass Hysteria rank (or other ranks, as appropriate).
I’ve been out of town a fair amount lately, as well as extremely busy at work, so I haven’t had as much time to play, but I like the game quite a bit.
And I have The Phantom Hitchhiker. But I can’t play until I can pick up my copy of CoV. I preordered it and played the head start, but I haven’t been able to drive since then to go pick it up.
Microwave Poodle was the name we were tossing around for a rad/rad Corrupter. Feel free to take it and run with it. Or Poodle Microwaver, I suppose, for the villainous take on it.
In addition to The Suspended Animator, I have a few other villains on Protector, most in the Urban Legends, although not themed. Minor side note: until the extension of the character limit in names to 20, he was going to have to be Waltsicle.
Thus far (level 9, in Port Oakes), I am enjoying the villain theme. I like newspaper missions where I am taking out villains who are claiming to rival my power. It is a little weird that the mission text reads like I am hot shit, but on the way to the mission I am dodging groups of minions on the street, but I’m dealing with it.
Dodge? Why would you have to dodge when they can’t see you?
Ah-ha-ha-ha-ha!
Well, that sums it up for me – apart from cooler powers, it’s like COH only more of a grind and buggier.
Just a gripe, whatever patch they applied on 11/14 has really screwed things up for me. I crashed like 6 times in 3 hours.
They really need to do better than that.
Tee hee hee. Just wait until I Dominate your ass, Stalker-boy.
Awwwwwright, I gave in and made an MM on protector.
Beware the mind rotting Ms Glutamate, Zombie/Poison MM
Things I like best about being a Stalker: One shotting orange Lieutenants.
Things I like least about being a Stalker: Missing.
Due to debt and a habit of targeting Red Bosses on the way to missions, infamy is not a problem for me.
