Anyone remember a Dr. K from the old ABA?

Not talking about Dr. J, but Dr. K. Seems like there used to be a guy called Dr. K in the ABA, or maybe even the NBA, but can’t recall his actual name, anyone remember who I’m talking about? Can’t seem to wiki or google 'em. :dubious:

Might this be Dwight Gooden?

He was dubbed “Dr. K,” (by analogy with basketball’s “Dr. J”, Julius Erving, and also in reference to the letter “K” being the standard abbreviation for strikeout), which soon became shortened to “Doc”.

That was Larry Kenon - played with Dr. J for a few years with the Nets in the ABA, before moving over to San Antonio in the ABA and NBA. Decent player - made a couple of all star teams in both leagues.
