It’s a British TV show.
I was so excited when I saw the promos - couldn’t wait to watch it. When I was at Uni. I read a great deal on ghost catchers and their scientific attempts to find out what was happening in places that people said they saw things etc.
Most of the cases turned out to be something other than ghosts ofcourse, but there were still a few unexplained.
Imagine my dissapointment when this show turned out to have a psychic who ‘chanelled’ the ghosts and a ‘parapsychologist’ whatever that is. At least the woman is a little more objective - but not much. The episode I saw, the psychic explained that a woman had been murdered and thrown down a well and guess what??? a woman had been murdered and thrown down a well (guess he couldn’t have possibly found this out beforehand now could he).
AND to cap it all off, this show is now one of the most popular shows ever!
We have something like that here, each episode is centered on a certain location. “Hollywood’s Most Haunted”, for example.
