Anyone superstitious about Friday the 13th?

Oh, cute.
We used to have a neighbor who drove one of those. I couldn’t stand him.

I smoked my last cigarette on Friday, September 13, 2002.

I picked that day because the following day was my birthday, so it was a present to myself.

Best gift I ever gave or got!

Jealous because he was cool?

I turned 13 on Friday the 13th, so no. Actually, no to any sort of superstition.

I never go to Camp Crystal Lake on a Friday the 13th.

I suppose that would be more of a superstitious thing if I actually knew where there was a Camp Crystal Lake. And if I was a really obnoxious late teen or early 20 something.

Today is Friday? The 13th?
Dag nab it.
Almost slept through it.

No, fed up because he modified the engine to make the vehicle into a real loud noise-toy.

i without fear in bed under the covers .

Not at all. [knock wood]

I usually don’t build a house on an Indian burial ground if I see a black cat on this date, but otherwise I wouldn’t have noticed if someone hadn’t reminded me.

I got married on a Friday the 13th. Still married almost 21 years later, so I consider it good luck.

Husband’s birthday is on the 13th, and so is my oldest nephew’s (different months). So when their birthdays fall on a Friday it’s double good luck!

Nevertheless, I’ll bet you never do that again.

Black cats are supposed to be a bad omen in America? Where I am, superstition has it that it’s lucky to meet a black cat.

We used to have a cat who was mostly black. He brought bad luck–to mice; to other tomcats (he became The Boss of Seventh Place); and to dogs in our neighborhood, whom he would attack every now and then, just to show them who’s in charge.

Howling Wolf.

Not at all superstish. I have 2 black cats and allways step on cracks.

I met my wife on a Friday the 13th (1977).

We discovered that we were going to have a baby on one, too (1995).

Not superstitious, but I do feel entitled to have something good happen when it comes around.

Nope, not at all. I don’t have a superstitious bone in my body (knock on Formica).

Yes. My dog died on a Friday the 13th. I disliked it before then, hate it now. Things always seem to go bad on them. The one yesterday I left my glasses at a place an hour from my home and had to drive back to get them today. Also, I had a headache all evening because I accidentally took a decongestant instead of Excedrin (the bottle and pills look similar).

Have you ever seen a black cat of yours step on a crack?
