This might be related to ships or docks. I’ve exhausted my google-fu.

Full disclosure: This is from a geocache puzzle - however I don’t live near it and can’t log it, I am doing this only to satisfy my curiosity. Normally I’m pretty good at these…

How about a link to the cache page? I’ve solved a fair number of difficult puzzle caches, and sometimes there are clues on the cache page.
