Babelfish can translate the HTML text portions. I’m sure you could transcribe the image text and let Babelfish do the rest for you.

Maybe someone knows an easier way than to “transcribe the image text” or maybe someone has it already translated. do you?

You could turn the image into a PDF files using complicated and potentially expensive software, locate an optical character recognition program and run it through that to turn it into computer readable text, and then cut and paste it into translation software.

You can transcibe per above.

Computers aren’t good at reading text as pictures. That is why so many web sites make you enter those funky letters in boxes to prove you aren’t a machine.
