I’ve run into a few problems with my Mac and Apple ID.
On my Mac, all of my pictures suddenly appeared on the desktop. I thought they should be in my iCloud account, but I don’t know how to move them there. I try to drag photos from the Desktop to the iCloud icon, but they won’t move.
I’ve tried to sign onto my Apple account and after I put in the Apple ID and password, I get the swirly thing for ever. It never opens my account.
When I try to log onto the iTunes store on Apple tv, I enter the Apple ID, then the password. It denies access. I think it’s related to a new second layer of security?
Any thoughts on any of these? Thanks!
Quite the coincidence!. I spent a chunk of today trying to get two Macs and an iPhone with different ID’s reconciled. Apple support keeps sending me to a “Change Your Password” page, which DID help with some issues (the next step, then, is to re-sign in on your machine with the new password).
I’m running iOS One Or Two on my vintage iPhone, so it took a while to figure out that I couldn’t just “click on my device in Settings”, but I had to launch the App Store and THEN it would ask me to log in with new ID/password.
Oh, my adventures started because i was locked out by trying wrong password too many times… days ago!
