trying to run a japanese game program on my american pc. in windows xp there is a program called applocale that will allow me to set my region settings as japanese for just that specific program (so it can use the kanji in the directory name) supposedly there is a version of this program for win2k as well but i am unable to find it! google is not my friend on this one, does anyone know where i might find this program or a similar one, or am i stucks setting my windows 2000 default language as japanese?
