Has anyone ever tried parafin wax therapy? The king where you dip your hands in, building up a thick coat? I’m trying it this evening/really early morning, and i must say that my hands feel wonderful.
I had thought you were a man but evidently you are either a woman, gay or a masochise or all three. L
I promise that I am VERY female
VERY female and SOFT!!! OH… I think I’m in love!
Dip me in wax and peel me off! L
I can attest to this fact. 100% female.
I’ve done something similar to hot wax . . . I used to use glue for my hands. Feels great.
i mostly use the wax in my artwork [read my profile…] but i think i just like wax and things associated with fire…
I’ve had candles dripped on me. It all depends on your skin and what you like.
a la “9 1/2 Weeks”?
never tried that…
Try it out. Take pictures. Put them online. Let us know how it goes.
And if at first you don’t succeed . . .
you wanna help?
::coy and playful expression whilst batting eyelashes::
Coy my left foot. Admit it. You’ve fallen for my superior height, my sharp chin, my compassionate nature . . . but msot of all, the fact that I am the most humble person on earth.
As soon as PB’s friend’s friend flies me over to TX . . I’ll be glad to assist with wax therapy. What are we treating?
humble my ass.
I think she is referring to this

It is basically a foot bath type contraption, except you dip your feet (or hands or elbows, etc) into the melted paraffin wax and then let the wax dry on your skin for a few minutes before peeling it off. It is supposed to make your skin really soft by basically lightly burning the top layer of dead skin off, although I think the wax may also contain some kind of emollient too. Having never tried this before, I can’t say how well it works. But to each his own, I guess.
Yeah, that is the most recent comercial “wax thingy” i’ve seen. Though i seriously doubt that the “citrus” stuff in the wax helps, it just smells good.
I love putting my hands in hot wax. It burns for a bit and then it feels really neat when it dries. Has anyone ever gone to one of those places where they make a mold out of your hand with wax? Those are always fun.
There is a great practical joke involving this contraption. Take a plain donut and dip it into the paraffin so that it looks like icing. Leave the donut around for a victim to eat. Make sure you’re watching when it happens
oh sweet! I have GOT to try that!
Wouldn’t it then NOT be sweet?
BTW, the humble bit, I was joking just a WEE bit . . .
