When I was a kid in Poland, we all ate apricot seeds, apple seeds, black walnuts, all sorts of forest mushrooms, wild blueberries, etc. to survive. I started eating these things as soon as I started walking with 5 younger siblings as well as cousins and relatives. We thrived and survived well which made us stronger. The only one time I got real sick from the apricot seeds was when I was about 4 years old and pretty much ate apricot seeds all day long. Cracked them with rocks and ate the seeds like walnuts. Afterwards at night, I was sick as a dog, throwing up for several hours. Of course, there were no babysitters back then in the old country and parents had to work outside of the house so we were all alone left to our own devices until dark. My brother was 5 at that time and was the oldest but he too would get sick sometimes from seeds and mushroms. We all had wiggling white warms in our shit as well, hey, but we all survived and learned how to kick butts.
