In a debate here once I saw someone mention an Arab commander who was planning on getting a fleet of barges to round up Jews that would survive the Arab coalition reprise in the Six Day War. The poster included a cite in the book “The Six Day War and the Shaping of the Modern Middle-East.”
I lack the book, but could someone please provide the quote and name of the commander? Much thanks.
