I’ve seen many cars belonging to (what seem like) muslim drivers that feature a CD hanging from the rear-view mirror, usually with arabic written on it. Typically, there’s also some sort of decoration coupled with the CD, like beads or something.
Anyone know what these are?

It is done here in the United States also, but not just with Arabs, it is/was very huge in South Florida because of the huge group of nationalities. You will see them with Colombia, Mexico, etc. also, as a source of pride for their home countries.
