I remember watching an All In The Family episode, in which Archie says something disparaging about marinara sauce. Something along the lines of ‘You see this here? “Spaghetti with Marinara Sauce”. You know what marinara sauce is? It’s just tomato sauce with bits floating in it – and God knows what the bits are.’
