Archie Comics Universe...cohesive?

I heard that the name “Clint” was supposed to be a no-no fro the same reason; Peter David once wrote a column mentioning that “Clint Flicker” would be the absolute worst possible name for a comic character. Of course, this raises the question of how Marvel let its writers give one of their major characters, Hawkeye, the first name Clint. I remember one issue of “Thunderbolts” where exactly the priniting error you describe took place (at least in my copy), so that Hawkeye told someone that his first name was an obscenity.

But what about Li’l Jinx? (Won’t anybody think of Li’l Jinx??)

She also inhabits the Archie universe, as I recall at least one cameo by her in an Archie story. My memory is vague. I believe in the cameo, she was just a kid who had dropped her ice cream cone, or something like that.

At least that’s the way I remember it fom reading my sister’s Archie comics. (Ahem.)

Kinda-sorta. There was a recent Archie story that told of multiple Archies from different continuities meeting.
And, there has been a Batman/Archie crossover. (Can’t recall if they did that, or cancelled it.)
And a Archie/Predator crossover.
And a Betty & Veronica/Red Sonja & Vamperella cross-over, too.
All available in GN versions.

‘MOTHERFLICKER’?

Hey. Rut roh. The Archie gang was on Scooby Doo. I’m sure.

If they weren’t, they should of been.

More meddlin’ kids.

There was a crossover between Josie and the Pussycats and Scooby Doo. There was a cute joke that Shaggy and Sebastian looked identical except for the glasses and the hairstyle.
