Inspired by this story where a teacher drugged kids years ago. It seems as if many of the families do not want to know if their kids were abused. Is there a law that says whether abuse victims need to be alerted to the fact that they were abused? Does it matter if there is not going to be any trial since the perpetrator is dead?
