Are the pump batteries replaceable on 1gal Roundup?

The switch got left in the on position. Batteries dead.

I can’t tell if the pump is supposed to come apart to replace the batteries?

Has anyone tried?

I still have a old fashioned pump spray can. It’s a lot more hassle then the pump sprayer on the Roundup can.

It’s been a couple of years for me but the one I had you could replace them. I think 4 AAs?

I’d be amazed if a disposable, non-rechargeable item like that didn’t use easily sourced batteries. However, getting to them might be a problem. For myself, I’d consider the pump already broken and would feel free to pry, hammer, bite, whatever it takes to get inside for a peek. At worse, you still have a broken pump.

I’ve started looking for a way to get the pump open. I’m handling it with plastic gloves. Don’t want any Roundup on my skin.

Hmmm. I looked up roundup 1 gal. powered pump sprayer (using google), but I’m not able to state with any confidence that I actually know what you have. Can you provide a model number or something?

Pretty rubbish video but it might help.

This one. Roundup calls it a sure shot wand.

I remember buying it and assuming batteries were needed. Pleasantly surprised that they are factory installed.

That will help a lot. I should be able to open the wand without breaking the case.

Mine may be stopped-up just like the one in the video.
Thank you.
