Are there any numbers for how many Christians consider Catholics non-Christian?

As I alluded to here, in times past a number of Protestants reckoned that there were two main religions that used the Cross: Christians, like them, and Catholics, who were them as followed the Pope in Rome. That goes back a ways, to be sure.

These days, how common is that view? Does anyone bother to do studies of things like this?

No true Christian considers Catholics non-Christian.
