I believe Transendentalism is pretty much free of myths and gods. If you take it at it’s basest form (ingnoring the Overmind) then you have a almost druidic belief without the gods and rituals.

Some branches of relkigions don’t have much of what you would call mythology associated with them. Chan/Zen Buddhism seems a pretty “pure” discipline, without the tales associated with most esoteric Buddhism. Some forms of Taoism seem very cerebral and ethereal, far removed from the “folk” Taoism with its “Immortals”. (Although I wouldn’t separate Taoism into two types – I’d be more inclined to make it a continuum.)
In either case, though, there’s some connection to its earrthly founder, Lao Tsu or Siddartha/Buddha, so it’s hard to avoid something that you can call “mythology” in any long-established faith.
