Are there green carrots?

The main page of the Carrot Museum does not show green carrots. :dubious:

There are several varieties of blue or purple potatos. They can make for some interesting colors of mashed potatos and interest picky eaters (kids).

If you are into new colorful vegetables this growing season I would also recommend rainbow swiss chard. It is pretty and just as good as the regular green stuff.

He’s out of luck, then… Everyone knows that green carrots come from Jupiter, not Mars.

I’ve grown the purple potatoes before - I sliced them thin with a mandolin and fried them until crisp - they turn navy blue.

White icicle radishes have sort of a greenish cast to them. Why not grow a few of those, and explain the radish taste as “that’s what green carrots taste like on Mars.”
