Due to the vastness of the Internet, I’ve come across a variety pornographic works from around the globe over the years. I’m sure it’s not a shock to anyone that there is a genre of porn in which urination is the main theme. English titles of such materials often include the words “yellow” or “shower” or “golden”, etc. As one might expect, urine is the primary focus, typically with the participants urinating on each other, sometimes with gargling, drinking, showering. While more traditional sexual acts occur, it’s quite obvious that such works would only appeal to those that truly appreciate those types of activity.
On the other hand, I have seen other works (that mostly seem to be from northern or Eastern Europe), in which urination just seems to be a normal part of the session. In these, the actors non-chalantly pee on each other not making a big deal about the whole thing. The urination part is just small part, and the majority of the time is spent on the more typical activity that western eyes are accustomed to seeing.
While porn doesn’t always reflect real life situationally, the acts are what most humans really do, or would do. That makes me wonder if urination during sex is common in some parts of the world.
Beware of TV and media/internet making things seem like it is a normal everyday occurrence. Jeeze people think germs on the shopping cart are going to kill them, every person coming to their front door is a mass murderer, and everyone taking pictures is a pervert!

I think that’s the OP’s point: the fact that it’s treated like no big deal in the porn he’s describing suggests to him that the people making the porn don’t see it as a kink, but just a normal part of sex. (Now* that’s* weird.)
I did have one gf, a long time ago (I’ve been married >25 years; *all *my old gfs were a long time ago!) that ejaculated as part of her orgasms.
At least in her case, it would have been hard to confuse her ejaculate with urine. It was colorless rather than yellow, and it didn’t smell like piss either. It came out in spurts rather than as a stream. The only thing it had more in common with urine than male ejaculate was that it was watery rather than sticky.
“Tokyo Girls” culture includes peeing contests. They seem to be very popular. Some girls simply see how far they can stream in communal showers.
