Actually, I really am curious as to why you can’t do it at the zoo. Seriously, lots of kids and babies are at the zoo…it makes sense, right?

Okay, well at our zoo there’s birds everywhere and just love to pick at everything, and the smell - ugh. I don’t know if I could stand the monkeys staring at me. Upside, there’s plenty of hand sanitizer around!
I did however see a woman with a baby and a nursing pillow sitting in the back corner of the outdoor eatery area nursing her lil one this morning while there.
I saw some kids in the photo booth, wonder if you should or could nurse there?

I nursed at the zoo while sitting on a bench by the leopard. The leopard didn’t care, and the gaggle of kids and parents didn’t appear to notice, either. (I covered baby and boob with a courteous blanket)
Then later a dingo ate my baby.

Best. Post. Ever.
Besides, it’s not the monkeys you need to watch out for. It’s the gorillas. They’re the only ones who will even possibly have a sense of shame.
