According to every study I have ever seen that measures intelligence, “asian” people are smarter than “white” people who are smarter than “black” people who are smarter than “Moderators” (at least, those at your level of insight based on your post just now). Perhaps you would like to pop over to GD and list some alternate group IQ or intelligence marker studies? I think the debate is around the reason, and not the point of fact.

But the facts are that populations of humans–as with all other species–differ in their genetic pools. To the extent that human populations have been isolated, their genetic pools reflect different average gene sets. Racist? Whatever…

There isn’t actually much genetic variation among humans. In fact two people from anywhere on Earth are more genetically similar than two chimpanzees from the same troop.
Considering how little actual genetic difference any two humans from anywhere on earth have, you sure want to assign a lot of significance to that 0.1% difference.

I’m very skeptical of our ability to measure intelligence altogether and - more importantly - to isolate the impact of environmental impacts from genetic. IMO, these are the weakest points of CP’s arguments.
That does not mean that arguments like airbeck’s are anything other than stupid.
