Are you freaking KIDDING me, or are you that stupid?

No.

Joe should have raped her, because she was so clearly asking for it!

NOW it has everything!

Worse - I tried to shake her hand!

Joe

But she was too fat!

That’s right - how can we know how outraged to get if we don’t know how fat the stupid person was?

Every car sold in the US since 2003 has an arrow on the fuel gauge indicating which side of the car the filler cap is on.

They show up when you rub the dash with lemon juice and remain visible until it dries. That’s clearly pointed out on page 56 of the owner’s manual.

But are you curious?

I Am Curious (Yellow Shirt).

Here’s a helpfull hint. Works for any vehicle. Look at the gas gauge on the dashboard, see the little gas pump on it? The side the hose is shown on the gauge indicates the side the filler cap is on.

lieu beat me to it.

Not so much.

Well, yes… and I do check which side the gas goes in, and how the gears work, and that the lights are all right before I start driving, and I verify the sticker on the gas cover before grabbing the hose.

The rental I was driving this past weekend wasn’t very clear on the indicator thing (it’s not a sign with letters here, just the drawing of a gas pump), but the gas went on the left and the horses drank regular unleaded.

I remember when I bought a used car to get through grad school in. A 1973 Toyota Corolla. I drove into the gas station. Hmm, no filler cap door thingie on the left or right. Must be behind the license plate in back. Nope. Great, I’ve bought a car with no gas tank filler neck, no wonder I got a good price on it :smack:

See that little decorative chrome strip way up there behind the rear side window in the picture? Yeah.

Ah, hell, gas is too expensive anyway. No loss if one can’t find the fill tube.

I had a Ford a couple of decades ago which was riddled with problems. One thing I absolutely loved about it, though, was the fact that the petrol tank cap was in the middle of the back, just under the number plate. It was get at-able from either side. Perfect.

Do that around here and someone will take the pump before you get back.
