I’m pretty average. I got half A’s and half F’s in high school. They wanted to know what was going on so they made my take an IQ test. I got the highest score ever recorded on the analytical portion and the lowest score ever seen on the verbal part. That’s me, mister average IQ score.
I am average in mundane ways too. I read that people sleep on average of 8 hours a night. I thought back on my habit of sleeping 24 hours every third day and took comfort in the fact that I should be close to the mark on important things even if it isn’t exciting.
