Oh, what the hell -

I haven’t been in the mood to brag about my poundages when I worked out at my old gym, due to all the steroid rats who would warm up with my maxes (they used to shoot up in the locker room), but now I am at a nice suburban YMCA, so (as of this morning)[ul]

  • Bench press - 8x135, 8x185, 7x215, 7x215, 6x215 - my PR is 305 touch and go, and 225 for 11 reps, but that was fifteen years ago before I had a wife/real job/life
  • Leg press - 20x195, 20x295, 25x315
  • 350 crunches
  • Chin ups - 3x15, bodyweight
  • Curls - 3 sets of 10x85 on the EZ curl bar
  • Reverse situps on the Roman chair - 2x50
  • Lateral raises - 3 sets of 10x25s[/ul]

Then 25 minutes on the Stairmaster. Then come home and shovel six inches of friggin’ snow off my driveway.

Not bad for an old guy. I never weigh myself, but I am in the 190 -195 lb. range.
