I hope that Zimmerman is curled up in a fetal position covered in his own excrement with the only human contact being family members who drop in and tell him what an absolute failure he is and remind him once more that the world would have been a better place had he either not been born or, failing that, if he had aimed his gun at himself and pulled the trigger instead of pointing it at an unarmed Skittles wielding teenager. I am so hoping somebody takes him into custody for suicide watch because I do not want him taking the coward’s way out but to live for years and not a single moment of it in anything remotely like happiness. I hope every last member of his family who has publicly sworn he’s innocent and every one of his friends who has publicly defended him winds up in poverty from legal fees and I hope they all at some point enter neighborhoods where the local watch feels threatened by them. I hope that if any police incompetence is found that everybody responsible for it is demoted to Dickensian poverty and could scarce be more unemployable if they had 'I FUCK GOATS ’ branded across their forehead. While I understand that a fucked up legal code may currently protect him from arrest and prosecution I think that given what is known and best evidence and what is logical that only a hate filled racist would even attempt to defend the murdering piece of shit on anything other than legal grounds and, like Zimmerman and his friend/family defenders, the world would be a better place without them, and I cannot even imagine what evidence would make his death anything other than a murder other than in a bullshit fucked up legal code sense and in case I haven’t mentioned it I hope that Zimmerman spends the rest of his life in absolute terror and pain.

…Anyway, from the information available it seems pretty one-sided but maybe some forensic(?) observation on Martin’s knuckles will reveal if he did strike someone before he was shot. Of course even if he had, the circumstances will remain a mystery, and I for one would be tempted to think that Zimmerman would have provoked him.

I haven’t been following the details closely and I’m not sure if the “science” is capable of what TV tells me but: have they been able to tell if Trayvon was shot point blank or from a distance? I thought they could tell that from powder burns or something. Of course, even if the police know they may not have released that detail.
