I round both of them, so I guess that’s a yes.
My W’s are slightly more rounded than my M’s, but they are pretty close to the same.
I wonder what that sigmaphies.

My ms, when I’m writing casually always start from the top so, it’s a down-stroke, then an up-stroke, then scribbling the rest of the letters. My ws also start from the top. So, just down and scribble.
When I’m being careful, they’re more or less the same in upper case - the verticals are drawn first - both, top to bottom, then joined by the loop. Lower case are nothing alike. M is a vertical line, connected to a hook, with another hook coming off that. It ends up looking like a typed m. W is a u with a hook after it. Nothing like a typed w.
