I woke up this morning with Campbell’s Tomato Soup…Possibilities!" running through my head. Now it’s apparently stuck on repeat. I think commercial jingles are far worse than ordinary songs being stuck in your head. I think it’s the short length and the repetition. Yesterday, I had “Wild Boys” by Duran Duran stuck in my head and even that was preferable to Campbell’s Tomato Soup.

I was plagued by the drum line from that White Stripes tune (the Simpsons planted that worm into my head). I’d love to have a Peter Gabriel brain worm.
Y’all should consider yourselves lucky. I’m stuck with “Brand New Day” from *The Wiz. *I’d trade it for almost anything else.
How about “Wizard of a Day” from an obscure Japanese animated version of The Wizard of Oz sung by Aileen Quinn (Annie in the 1982 movie)? Never seen it? Drat.
