Is there anywhere I can download or screen capture the character set used for the cypher? The main web site (www.artemisfowl.com) has lots of stuff but I’d like to print out the characters for reference sake.
Is it worth reading? I had a look at it but wasn’t convinced of its charm. Plus why in hell is a boy called Artemis?

Sorry for the hijack but I’m really curious about the book and too mean to buy it just yet.
There’s no accounting for taste, but I liked it. The basic plot: a twelve-year old evil genius VS. modern hi-tech elves. You can read the prolog and the first two chapters at the site I indicated, and decide if you want to buy it.
BTW: the secret code in the book really isn’t too hard. They give a section of code and it’s translation in the body of the story, so you can look for two instances of the same word and from there it’s pretty simple.
