Nah, Geldof’s children’s names are much weirder.
His daughters seem to be named married in Fifi Trixibelle, Peaches Honeyblossom and Pixie Frou-Frou.
But let’s not go crazy: Frank Zappa is the Joe-DiMaggio’s-hitting-streak of weird celebrity kid names. Grier and Suri (which I think is pretty good, whatever the hell it really means) are flat-out dull compared to what he called his children. Nobody’s going to touch the oddity and uniqueness of Moon Unit, Dweezil, Ahmeet Emuukha Rodan, and Diva Muffin Zappa. And anybody who tried would just be working in Frank’s shadow.

If Brooke’s baby girl was named Greer, I wouldn’t have had an adverse reaction at all but Grier first brings Rosie to my mind- not the association I want with a little girl.
Just heard on the news that Suri supposedly means ‘princess’ in Hebrew. I thought that was Sarah. (Or are they the same?) They also said that suri means ‘pickpocket’ in Japanese.
At least it’s a girl’s name, unlike her first daughter’s: Rowan Francis :rolleyes:
I heard this morning that ElRon is buried in Surrey England, but I can’t find anything to confirm that.
