This is one of the parodies of Alexandra Wallace’s “Asians in the Library” video. I get “Ching chong. . .” and “Me love you long time,” but is “Toya, toya, toya, toya” some pop culture reference that I’m missing (around 3:00).
Sounds like a stereotype of Indian chanting/music.
Hmmm. . . thanks!
Huh. I thought it might be a reference to “tora, tora, tora,” meaning “tiger, tiger, tiger,” the codeword for launching the attack against Pearl Harbour. I thought maybe it had been used in some pop culture stuff, like other phrases from that era have been. Perhaps I was too high-brow.
