What about the rest of my question?
Well, it IS keeping the lawn mowers and leaf blowers out…
For that matter, the intelligent and well educated immigrants are IMO are people who actually apply to be citizens…
WTF are we letting people in that will work hard for shit wages? The minimum wage should be a clue that we have more that enough of that work force…
I don’t know why everyone says you’re an asshole. You’re a dick, sure, but asshole seems harsh.
As for questions, what does one ask a Trump voter? Why are you so fucking retarded?
I marched in Selma…wait…no I did not…what else do you want outa me?
It’s genetic.
What can I say…
PS…is dick worse than asshole…maybe that Team America movie willl answer this…
Sweet…fifty ways to leave your lover and I can call it a good day.
Thanks for the link
What did your friends and family think? Did you have arguments with them about it?
Dude it was like 60ish freaking years ago…
I went to a school that was roughly 50 percent black. We had freaking “gates” across the major hallways…because of those “race riots” a few years previous…
No. I was NOT marching in Selma with MLK.
Is the schadenfreude gained by pissing off the Liberals worth the danger inherent in having a man in charge of our country who is completely unsuited to the position?
That still doesn’t answer my questions. If you’re not interested, or don’t remember, fine.
I ask because of what my dad tells me (he was a young adult in the 60s). He would have passionate arguments with his father about civil rights (my dad was pro, grandpa was against). My grandpa was a wonderful grandfather, but he was an old Southern racist with old Southern racist views. Ironically (or not, perhaps), genetic ancestry tests of his descendants have revealed (years after his death) that he was 1/8th African (and therefore I’m 1/32nd).
And I’m wondering what you and those close to you thought. Was it not an important issue for you and those close to you, or did you talk about it? If so, what did everyone think?
What have we done?
If so, this reflects very, very poorly on you. For me, the only factor for who I vote for is who I think will do the best job leading the country and improving the lives of all Americans (with special emphasis on disadvantaged Americans).
This was a polite non-answer to the question you were asked, Bill, IMO.
But rather than pressing you on “the wall” per se, here’s a related question…
You’re probably aware that [most illegal immigrants are here becuase of overstayed visas.](most ilegal immigrants are here because of overstayed visas.) (That cite is from the National Review in 2015, by the way, and includes some Obama bashing if it makes it go down easier). Given that fact, Trump’s insistence on spending a great deal of money building “the wall” seems foolish.
I’m sure you’ve heard this before. It seems as cut and dry as anything in politics - it’s mostly overstayed visas, far fewer people tramping over the border to be stopped by a physical barrier. As a thoughtful and principled conservative, how do you respond to this? Outside of your personal opinion, what is the best response to this you’ve heard? Do you acknowledge the dissonance presented by the apparent facts?
Is Trump an unqualified hack who is wholly unsuited to the presidency and doing a terrible job?
Damn you! Now I have a mental image of giant herds of wilderbeests!
Well, no gnus is good gnus…
List off everything you support viz a viz J-bo Sessions.
Do you see anything valid in what De Vos and Pruitt are doing?
Oh no you didn’t!
Hey, at least I kept Gary Gnu’s good name out of it…
