I was going to get some work done on my bathroom and sadly, the house has been neglected by the previous owners. The plumber came in (I wasn’t here) to quote us and said there is a lot of wall rot. How can he tell if he can only see the part of the walls he can lsee by looking inside the access panel which doesn’t even give him a view of the shower area?
