I’m between jobs right now - starting a new gig in two weeks. Hence the down time.

It’s really bad for your health. Generally not sleeping because of work is not bad. But not sleeping because you can’t is bad, unless it’s genetic or something. Not being able to sleep at night, that results from lack of carbs, vitamin B series that being all of them, and/or too much caffeine, and anemia. OR a really bad tumor. Some people get oneirophrenia.
