I have? :dubious:
We were very active from December 2002 to October 2009:

As far as monthly training sessions go, I had to call it quits in October of 2009. It just got to be too much work. Plus there were some other issues. I might start the group up again. If I do, I’m going to do things a bit differently.
I’ve been here since 1999 and have over 5000 posts. Have I said anything that would suggest I am a paranoid and/or irrational person?
Well . . . there was your previous post:
Emphasis added by me.
What an interesting thread that was. If you would be so kind, would you be willing to say what things you would do differently about the group and why?
I’m more curious about the group as an organizational thing - Why did you feel you needed to drop out, and why do you think that changing things would help that?
Were you doing all of the planning and work and administrating yourself and got sick of it, or did you have “officers” that didn’t agree with your ideas and the group got fractious, or what?
The notion that you’re here to protect us from the government if the courts start interpreting the second amendment differently than you do strikes me as a bit irrational. We’re either a nation of laws or we aren’t, and groups of people arming themselves in the event that the government either breaks down or becomes malignant seems to me to be counterproductive. Don’t like the laws, then elect like-minded people that you can reason with. To appoint yourself as the ultimate check on governments gone wild is nonsensical.
In light of this comment, how do you feel about the laws in Arizona requiring proof of legal status?
