I really need help with the social graces lately, but if you can indulge me one more time….
This time I need to know an appropriate gift if parents from your child’s sports team* invited you to their child’s first communion and you don’t want to look “cheap”. I guess we’re going for middle of the road here. My suggestion is savings bonds, as they appear to be worth double what you have to pay for them, but I’m looking for other suggestions.
*This is being asked at the behest of my future SIL. I don’t have any kids that I’ve neglected to mention in the last three years. At least I don’t think that I do.
