For some bedamned reason Google in its infinite capacity to fuck up even a wet dream is giving me issues on my tablet. It absolutely will not do a password reset the email that is associated with the tablet [I tend to name my computing devices and have a habit of using the device name as part of the email address] so I was wondering if the ‘factory data reset’ will put it all the way back to fresh out of the box to where I could rename it and get it a fresh email/password? don’t really need the answer fast, as it isn’t crucial for me to add a game app to it, but it would be nice
Yes, a “factory reset” on an Android device will remove all data and reset all settings. It will be just like a new device.
But are you saying you create a separate Gmail account for each Android device? Why would you want to do that? You’d be unable to access the apps you’ve purchased previously.
